Real Wood, Real Fire, Real Good BBQ

Meet the Fleet: Our Heavy-Duty Smokers

At the end of the day, we're just folks who love wood-fired BBQ and wanted to bring a taste of Texas to Virginia. We don't mess around with gas or electric pits—everything we serve at our Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Suffolk spots is cooked low and slow over 100% real wood fire. Whether you're grabbing a pork sandwich for a quick lunch, picking up a tray of the best brisket in the area for dinner, or need a heap of sausage for catering, we've got you covered. No shortcuts, just hard work and plenty of smoke. Come grab a tray and see what we're about.

Bubba

A.N. Bewley, Dallas TX

This behemoth is thermostatically controlled and fully insulated to reduce external heat loss, allowing the temperature to be set and controlled for proper smoking overnight or anytime without the assistance of gas or electric burners. Yet, the 100% wood burning firebox delivers authentic smoke flavor to each piece of melt in your mouth meat. It is constructed of carbon steel, featuring  easy access to all racks and product. Further it is cost efficient, operating on approximately a cord and a half of wood per month while cooking nearly 24 hrs a day 6 days a week.
